I have a user when they open a pdf attachment out of the Exchange Active sync mailbox, they receive an error message...Unable to open input file error -22....they also have a tablet that has he same activesync account set up that receives the same error. Weird thing is that if i take the same email in his outlook and forward to him and myself, i am able to open on a droid 4 but he receives the same error. I sent him a test pdf and he was able to open it...so i am think that the pdf file has some type of corruption...but then again, if it was corrupt, i shouldnt be able to open on my droid4...if he forwards the email to me, then the pdf attachment comes across with no ."filetype" ...any idea what the error message means or what the cause is?
