So the past couple of days, my wife has had a lot of issues sending and receiving SMS. She also seems to have a poor signal in general. Half the time, the web doesn't work for her. Doesn't matter if she is on 3G or Wi-Fi. To top it all off, when I go to her network settings and click on Sprint Connections Optimizer to turn it off, it keeps making me accept the user agreement everytime and then turns itself back on. Any thoughts or advice.
