Help wifi & 4g icons are both now appearing at the top of the phone

I just noticed this today. Both the wifi & 4g icons are on at the same time. They have never been like that before

I am at home a lot so I use my wifi here.
I have AT&T--do not have that app called callerid that was giving the Verizon users problems

I did un-check the mobile data and that gets rid of the 4g but I don't think I should have to do that if things were working great before??

I don't know what has changed to make this happen

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the forums. I see your having a problem with a android device . Now you say the wifi is a problem you may want to check to see if a update to the software. If software is up to date you will need to do a device reset .

I might just have to do that reset as the software is up to date
If I do the reset, will I have to set up my email account again --kind of like when I got the phone for the very first time?

Yes every thing needs to be logged in
