Help WiFi and Battery Usage

When WiFi is shutoff, should it still be showing in Settings-Battery Information-Battery Use? I see it listed whether WiFi is enabled or not on my device.

If you have had it on at any time since taking it off the charger, then yes it will show up in the usage stats.

I tried turning off WiFi, but it keeps turning itself back on.

Anyone else care to comment? I'm still trying to learn this phone.

In the settings listed above shows what apps or processes have been using the battery since its been last unplugged, just as thedrizal said.
