Help WiFi and Bluetooth failure

I've seen a few people online have the same problem I have but I have yet to see anyone able to solve it successfully. I have had my Droid Maxx since December and I have absolutely loved it. However for the past few weeks I have been having problems with my WiFi and Bluetooth, as well as my mobile hot spot. None of the three will turn on. No errors, nothing. None of them will work. Safe mode doesn't help, and a factory reset won't help. Verizon won't do anything for me because the screen has damage. Any suggestions?

I assume you are running 4.4.4 and did a Factory Data Reset ... correct?

How is the screen damaged and how did it get damaged?

OK ... the long way ...

If you are running 4.4.4 and have not done a Factory Data Reset after the update I strongly recommend that you do so.


If you are running 4.4.4 and did a Factory Data Reset then you have also cleared the Data Cache Partition.

If you are running 4.4 and did a Factory Data Reset then you have NOT also cleared the Data Cache Partition. You have to do it as an independent action.

Clearing the temporary data by wiping the Data Cache Partition may or may not have an impact on your problem(s).

Under 4.4.4 I do it every Saturday.
