Wifi and reboot automatically (sometime) issue

Hi

Please anyone can help me. I bought milestone last month but facing 2 problem (right now).

1. Phone reboot itself automatically. I experienced it while on call and surfing.
2. Wifi issue: when I enable wifi it work but only for few seconds after that it stop working,

is there software issue on phone or hardware ?
