My phone wont let me text my boyfriend in egypt he can text me why douse my text always say not sent my

Make sure your Wifi is on in the Settings.
Also make sure if you have a password on it that you have the right password typed in, otherwise try resetting the Router.
Lastly, make sure you have the country code leading his number, Egypt should be +20
