Wifi App Question

Hello.
What's the name of a Wifi App that will automatically search for the strongest signal?

For example, if I'm in one room and I walk to another....the app will switch me to a stronger wifi signal...if available.

WiFi signal stronger, different WiFi radio that close can cause connection problems. Most apps may not sense small increases and know you want it to switch. Android will auto connect once you OK the connection. I have seen PCs have poor connection because of the switches back and forth.

As far as I understand it, it should be built in. I've got 2 access points at home with the same SSID and it seems to work OK.
