WIFI Authentication Problem

I have a Gretel GT 6000 which I believe runs Android 7.

Recently I have been unable to connect to my home WIFI as I keep getting the Authentication Problem message.

I have tried all the methods i have found on the web to resolve this but nothing so far has worked.

Is there a way I can make the phone connect to the web (so I can check my email mainly) without connecting via WIFI.

Although it's a cheap mobile in all other respects it is working fine.

Thanks have tried router reboot but no joy. Not sure if I have the phone setup correctly for using mobile data. I have wifi turned off but still not working they way I think it should. Do I need to do anything else.

By the way why did I got a message with your id asking about a nude photo?? Have you been hacked??

Now that's a good question.
I'll have to check with the moderators here.... Since it wasn't from me.
That was from another member with a similar name. Taken care of. :)
