Wifi button won't switch into "on"!

I was using my wifi fine this afternoon then I go to change it to on and it wont slide into on! I can click on it then turn it to on, but it just goes back to off when I go back to the main settings page.
Why is it doing this?
I have cyanogenmod 10.2, I just installed a theme, not sure why any of this would make a difference, why won't my wifi switch turn on?!

Wait, I think I may have fixed it... Just a reboot was all that I need I guess. will update if the problem continues.

In my experience, it sounds like a kernel issue.

Either way, I'd wipe dalvik cache and cache and reflash your ROM.

What phone do you have?

I've run into similar situations with various ROM/kernel/radio firmware combinations - either the Wifi or Bluetooth will stubbornly refuse to turn on. A reboot is generally enough to clear it up, but if it reoccurs I'd follow Rxpert83's advice to wipe caches and reflash.

What I have usually done is turn on airplane mode for about 5 second and then turn it off and wifi will start working again... Much faster then a reboot!
