WiFi calling, HD Voice and Nexus 4?

If I'm reading the Tmobile site right. The Nexus 4 can't do wifi calling and HD voice? Is that right?

I suppose I get it's a phone with zero carrier software, but can't it be added as an app or something?

Seems like two very nice features to be missing...

It can through the Google voice + GrooveIP or other apps. It might not be as high quality though so YMMV.

read on xda they're working on it. not carrier support though
