Android Question

Have a LG Optimus T. We have been using WiFi in our apartment to make calls and one day it just decided to stop working. We've tried everything - restarting the phone, clearing the WiFi data, resetting the network. Nothing seems to work. The phone still shows it is connecting to wifi it just won't call or receive texts. My blackberry works fine so it's not the wifi it's the phone.

Any suggestions?

Android doesn't use wifi for phone calls or texts, so you must be using some 3rd party app. We need to know which app.

Also, if it's not your router, the owner may have blocked certain ports, and one of them may have been the one you need.

Thanks. The App was pre-loaded on the phone by T-Mobile. It just says Wi-Fi Calling. We tried uninstalling the app, but the phone won't let us - I assume since it was pre-loaded.
