wifi coming on by itself

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and I just noticed to days ago that my wifi keeps coming on by itself..i will turn it off and 5 minutes later it will be back on...I have been searching the net for a fix and I have done everything and it still come on...my phone doesn't have connections optitimizer..i don't know what the problem is but it is driving my freakin crazy and its draining my battery like crazy also...please help...don't know what else to do?
 
no I don't have that on my phone...any other suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated....my phone has been fine until 2 days ago and it just started and hasn't quit since
 
I finally found the problem after 3 days...go to apps then widgets and find att smart wifi and more than likely it will be enabled...so tap and hold on the widget and put it on one of your main screens and hit "manage" on the widget and you can disable it from auto connecting and you can turn it on and off yourself....so happy I finally found out the problem
