Help Wifi connecting issue

Dear sir
In my HTC 828 I can use my personal Wi-Fi at home but can't use public Wi-Fi.when I am trying for connecting in public Wi-Fi it's only saved but not connecting.my all friends mobile connecting the same net work.
 
Go to settings>WIFI/WLAN tap on this.
Tap on three dot menu at top right.
Tap on the button" advanced".
Check in options / enable the switches.
Network notifications.
Scanning always available.
