I've had it since 2010 and never really cared to ask why it was like this until now.
Basically my Kindle Fire and iPod touch work great with wifi in my room (ok maybe not great but they can pick up a signal and sustain it with no problem) but my Evo 4g literally can't connect to wifi in my room. If I walk 15 feet out and into the hall then boom i get a huge signal. The router is located in a closet in another room so it's not exactly in an ideal location (the guy who installed it said this was the only place it could go and still be centrally located) but the fact that two other products pick it up just fine (along with my laptop) kind of annoys me.
Is this just a case of a piece of garbage product? Hopefully there's something I can do to boost it.
