Help wifi connection issues

I am connected to wifi, it works on my laptop and is connected on my phone, but internet applications are not working? I deleted the cache and temp files and restarted my phone, i disconnected the wifi and reconnected but still no luck, any ideas? (HTC Desire C)

Try and reset app cache and apk data it may knock you off. Just resign in. Once you get it sign in you will need to power off device for about 25 -35 seconds .
