Wifi connection problem in android 4.1.2

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy core with Android Jellybean 4.1.2

The problem is: It cannot connect to my home Wifi, although it connected successfully to other 2 networks!!!
It saves the network and writes that it is secured, but it can't access it!
Finally it displays: Authentication error occurred.

I tried giving it a static IP address;however, it couldn't connect too.

My router is 3com

Would you please help me in soving this problem?

What is the security you have set up on your router? WEP? WPA/TKIP? WPA/AES?

Android can connect to most router setups, but not all of them. Try using WPA2/TKIP on the router. (And remember, case counts in passwords.)

Thank you for your help

@Rukbat: My Security Configuration is:
WPA: WPA-PSK
WPA Mode: WPA/WPA2 Mixed Mode
Encryption Technique: AES for both WPA and WPA2

@Mikedt
I did what you said, but the problem still exists. What do you recommend me?

Without being there, I'm stumped. I'm assuming that you can get a computer to connect to the router. Can you get the phone to connect to any other router?

@Rukbat

Yes, I managed to connect laptops and other smart phone (with Android v2.3.6). So, I think the problem is not in the wireless router

Moreover, I connected my new smart phone to other wireless networks, and it connected successfully. So, I think it is not a hardware problem in the WiFi chipset.

I think it is a compatibility problem between my new smart phone and my home wireless router. How can I solve this problem? Is this an OS problem so that I should upgrade to a newer Android version or downgrade to an older version?

@mrex
Unfortunately, my router doesnot have this type of security. It only has:
- WPA\PSK (No Server)
- WPA\PSK (with Radius Server)
- 64-bit WEP
- 128-bit WEP
