Help Wifi connection very unreliable but only on an evening

I've been just trying to ignore this for a while but it's driving me crazy now. Sometimes in the late afternoon/evening, my wifi connection becomes very unreliable. All my other devices work fine, but my phone starts playing up. News feeds don't refresh for a few minutes at a time, whatsapp messages won't send, then 10 minutes later it will start working for a bit, then soon after it stops again. Any idea what could cause something like this? My only idea was that something else in my house or the immediate area could be operating on a frequency that interferes with my phone connection.

If you haven't done so, check power management and see if you have Stamina mode on or if you have set the Low-Battery Mode activation too high (Default I think is 20%).

With the Low-Battery Mode enabled and set to say, 20%, when your battery goes down to 20% or lower (as it could be after a day of use), certain features are turned off depending on what is selected. That includes WiFi, Bluetooth, and even mobile data, among others.
