I have a samsung galaxy grand duos. I am unable to connect to wifi. Its not exactly connection but it is not at all listing out the available wifi connections. There is no problem with the wifi router coz i have a samsung s2 and its connecting fine. I did the factory reset too and still its not listing out the wifi connections... turned on turned off the wifi too... but not to avail. I am doubting the problem to be something related to hardware of the phone. I would appreciate some help in this regards before I go to the samsung customer care. Thank you
