Wifi Conneted but no Internet

[Android Question]

I have great, strong WIFI at home (from DSL, Cable connection) and my phone SAMSUNG 3 Wi-Fi signal shows connected with full strength but no internet.
I tried to change to different Wi-Fi hotspot, restart the device, turn off and on Wi-Fi, but it didn
