Help Wifi - data roaming?

I keep getting this message all the time, JUST with wifi. I dialed *#0011# and disabled power saver and it's still happening. Never had an issue with wifi on my EVO. Anyone know what's going on?

It's happening at home with MY very own wifi, BTW....
