Wifi disables, screen dims, auto sync disables....

I really hope someone can help me as this has been driving me nuts for a few weeks now...

I only noticed it happening after the 4.3 OS update, but when my battery power reaches 10% my wifi disables, auto sync disables, screen dims and I can't for the life of me find how to change this... I've looked on Power Saving Options but there's nothing in there about wifi, screen, etc

Do you have a battery-saver app running? They have settings like that.

When I did the update it automatically had turned on the power save "feature." It really is more of a bug than a feature, to me. You may have already checked that, but just in case, it is in settings/my device.

I'm on 4.1 and mine does that... so I don't think its a new feature since 4.3

however I very rarely get down that low before charging
