Help WiFi does not turn on

Hi all,

I've had the Galaxy Note 2 since the beginning of the year. For the first 4 months or so, everything worked great. But then I started having problems with turning on WiFi.

When I go to switch it on, the button stays in the on position and it never turns on. Or the switch will go back to off. I've researched this issue and it seems like i'm the only one who has this problem.. it's ridiculous. I've brought it to a tmobile store, and they didn't help. I've hard reset it twice and that didn't work. Could it be something internal?

BTW i've included a screenshot of how it freezes when I go to turn it on.

Thanks.

It could be something internal - like a bad wifi radio. It should still be under warranty, so bring it back and tell themn to honor the warranty and fix or replace the phone. (Back up EVERYTHING first, though - if they work on it they usually wipe it clean.)

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.

I am not the original owner though, will that void the warranty?

If you send it in for repair, they will wipe it, so you might just as well do a factory reset yourself first.
