Hope this is the right place for this, but I have been using Wifi File Explorer Pro recently for file transfer/file clean up on my android devices. It is superb.
This of course assumes that you want to connect a (any) windows pc to your android device. Just type in the IP address given on the android by the program in your browser and you are looking at the file structure of the android including external sd cards! - No cables, no usb device drivers....marvellous.
