Root WiFi fix

For those of you who are experiencing the dreaded "WiFi problem", this should be your fix.
I recommend you use ES File Explorer as the utility to do this with.
The file below is a working version that I grabbed from my phone:

download it, copy it to system/etc
make sure the permissions are rwxrwxrwx
reboot
that should fix the problem.

I am having a wifi problem.
Ill give this a try.
my problem is that I can connect (or it tries forever) but I cannot establish a data link.

Edit: that is unless I reboot the phone while its attempting..
