It seems not matter what I do whenever i turn my wifi off on the samsung galaxy s4 it keeps on turning back on automatically. I'm not sure what's causing this but my old Nexus S did not do this. Is there some kind of power or data saving feature thats clicked on that i should turn off for better control?
