Wifi hook-up for my Samsung galaxy s3

I currently have Verizon galaxy s3 but no home computer. What would be my best option so I can hook-up to wifi at home so I'm not constantly using my 4g network. I'm looking to not be spending a lot of money each month. Until I can get a home computer, I'm not even sure of my options let alone the best option. Could someone please help me figure out what I should do.

If not, there's not much else you can do besides turn off or limit your data usage.

Might help if people knew where you lived. I believe that Verizon covers most of the USA (if not all). Cheapest option might be a local carrier.

Have you walked around your nearest mall asking the phone salesmen? Find the right techie, and you'll have the right answer. It's the kind of question that I would ask at the local Costco Wireless stand. The two guys there seem to live and breathe this kind of stuff.

Sorry about not giving you all the information Steve. I'm new to the forums and threads. I live in Northeast Ohio. We have a Best Buy close by. Maybe I'll check with them. Thank you for all your help as well as everyone else's help. I have only owned cell phones for the past 5 to 10 years but recently I've looked into laptops and was surprised at how you can get a pretty decent one for a good price. Again thanks for the help
