Help Wifi hotspot not working - NEED APN settings

Hello, the wife has a galaxy mini on Orange UK, however it won't allow access to the internet VIA mobile network, this is down to orange not providing the correct APN settings in the default. I know this as I had the same problem with my desire until I looked on here. I've tried the same details but no luck. Have any of you got a mini on orange contract and can use your laptop or similar with your minis hotspot (mobile ap)? If you have, would you please list the apn you use and its details?

I've also tried to edit the existing ones but it denies access, what am I doing wrong?

Orange UK don't recognise the mini as being hotspot supported. Insisting I purchase a bundle. They state it can only be tethered by the usb cable.
