Wifi icon on home screen

I have upgraded to the S5. This is a screen shot of the setup of my S3. On the top right there is a blue wifi icon that I *SOMEHOW* got there and I cannot remember how..Does anyone know how I could get that blue wifi icon on the home screen of my s5? I know the wifi can be turned on/off from the pulldown menu at the top but that is not what I am after. That blue wifi icon lets me choose what network to connect to and I would like to have a shortcut to that on the homescreen like on my S3 so I dont have to navigate menus to change my network?? I see it in Quick Settings and connections but I cant figure out how to make it a home screen shortcut/icon

This isn't exactly what you want, but if you pull down your windowshade and long press the WIFI button, it takes you to the WIFI settings. I haven't seen what you're talking about on my S5. Was it maybe a 3rd party app from the Play Store?
