wifi issue after jelly bean

Ok so after the jelly bean update last night I am having issues with wifi. I cannot connect to the wifi OPEN network that i did the update on. I get authentication error occurred. It is an open network at a hotel that is working fine on my laptop. Every once in a while the galaxy will connect and stay connected but as soon as i leave and come back i get the error again. There are other open networks in the hotel and i can connect to those just fine.

what do you guys think?
