Root Wifi Issue CM10/CM10.1 (Basically ICS Baseband)

Lurker
Hey there... I've been lurking for a while and trying out all the different versions, but here's something I've been having a little trouble with: On CM7, my Fusion 2 finds all the Wifi routers in my neighborhood including mine. When I go up to ICS or CM10.x I can still see everyone else's router except mine. Every once in a while the router shows up, and I can connect, but then it disappears again and says it's out of range. Weird, huh?

Since my router is the strongest signal by far, I'm wondering if there is some kind of overdriven gain issue with the ICS baseband. (Seriously... I'm like 3 feet away from the router.)

One time I did install CM10.0 and the Wifi was working great. I don't know what I did though... Subsequent installs have been... frustrating.:banghead:

Maybe check out the frequency your phone is searching for and PS to everyone I am no longer hosting fusion 2 for some reason my host thinks this is illegal and won't let me re host so I don't have the time or money to continue website I plan on uploading a list of my Roms or my folder for you guys and maybe have rose transfer her guide

I'm not sure how to get the phone to tell me what frequency it's checking, but I manually went in and started setting the frequency on my router to no avail. Oddly, if I turn the wifi off on the phone, then on again, I can see my router. Sometimes it stays, sometimes it goes bye bye again.

Bummer about your website. Every time I checked, it was down, so I never got to see it. Dumb question, but is it illegal?

No android is open source as we all know, I think it was the ads that got me screwed even though we solved that idk what I did to be truthful
