Help Wifi issue - stupid question

Is there a way of getting WiFi access outside? I travel on train and data connection doesn't stay on, due to black spots.

Also what are T-Mobile hotspots?

Yes Wifi does work outside, but you need to be in range of a signal and you have to have password access (unless it's unencrypted wifi). However, on a train you most likely would not be in range of a wifi signal, unless the train itself offers a wifi access point.

T-mobile hotspots provide broadband wifi access at participating locations like coffee shops, airports.
