I have an HTC Vivid with AT&T.

My Vivid is no longer connecting to my home wifi network. When I go to my wireless setting in the phone, no available networks are shown, and my home network says it's not in range. When I turn wifi on my phone off then back on, it shows all the networks in range, and shows that my home network is saved and has excellent signal strength. When I select my network and press connect, all available networks disappear and the phone again says that my home network is not in range. All other devices still connect to wifi with no problems. Phone connected until a few days ago.

I realized that it connects to the WiFi with no problems if I turn off the Mobile Network. The only problem is that I don't want to have to do that every time I get home or to work.

So far, I've rebooted the phone, updated software, cleared cache. HTC even had me reset my radios by toggling airplane mode and restarting. Their next step is a factory reset, which I would like to avoid if possible.

Any suggestions?

The step after that is probably going to be sending the phone back for repair, since factory reset has almost nothing to do with the radios.

If they want you to reset it, back everything up (there are plenty of free apps for that), and reset it. Then when they tell you to, pack it up and send it to them. (Make sure you restore all the backups - except Google contacts, no need to worry about them - right after you make the backups, to make sure that you have good backups. Then store the whole backup package on your computer AND on the cloud. Just in case.)
