Help Wifi issues...

bear with me, please as I am not technical.

My tv box (android) is connected to wifi. Good signal. Internet connection is fast and reliable.

However, even though tv box connected to wifi with good signal, i have no internet.

My internet company says it is the box. My box guy says it is interference hence wifi probs.

Can anyone inspire me, pls!!? Thanks

Hello dear your question is good I would love to answer your query but unfortunately I need to do research before I come to conclusion for the time being ask your friends however they can solve your problem or take expert's advise.

when you turn your box on and go to xbmc or kodi, check the date & time on top right hand corner, let me know if the date is current or out of sync
