wifi keeps turning on

searched and couldn't find a solution...

for whatever reason, my phone keeps turning wifi on within a couple minutes of me turning it off. It's gotten to the point where I just have to leave it on because I get tired of constantly having to turn it off. There's no way this is good for my battery when it's always searching for a network to connect to. Was anyone able to solve this issue?

The problem I was having was with the wifi notification. Doesn't exactly sound like the same problem you're having.

Open the dialer and enter the following code:
*#6335623#

This will open "HiddenMenuWifiOffload" menu.
Select "Disable WifiOffloading"
press OK
