Help WiFi Location Prompt, Can't Read Second Option

I understand why I'm receiving this notification to turn WiFi back on for Keep (for using location reminders), but I don't know what the second option does in the notification (begins with "ALW...". I tried clicking it and then the notification went away. I uninstalled Keep and re-installed it and now the notification is back. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what that option does or how to read the full text.

Try viewing the notification in landscape mode and see if you can read the whole thing.

I've never seen that before so I'm not sure what it might say.

Ah I was thinking about that before but I couldn't figure out how to view it in landscape. Tried viewing it with a rotatable app open and it worked. It says "ALWAYS IGNORE". Perfect, thanks for the help!
