WiFi networks list

Can anybody tell me if I can delete old unused WiFi.networks from the WiFi availability list as I have way too many networks listed most of which I don't use anymore.

Just hold the name of the old WiFi and use the context menu to delete it.

On 4.2.2....

Settings > Wifi
Click on the wifi and select "Forget"

So the answer is yes, go ahead, there is no harm to be done. If you accidentally delete one that you wanted to keep, no problem; the next time you're in range you can connect to it again and your phone will remember.
