Wifi not seeing available networks

So I've had this phone for a month or two and never had a problem unti lthe last week or so. Now, the phone stops seeing that wifi networks are available when they are. Everything just shows up as Not in Range.

If I simply toggle wifi off/on, it then sees everything and connects just fine. Then at some point it will lose the connection again.

Anyone had this issue and possible know a fix? It's not rooted as it's a work phone and we can't do that. I don't think I changed any settings that would cause it to do this. It happens at work, at home, etc.

I did try rebooting the phone but that didn't seem to have any effect.

try doing a factory reset or since ure phone is not rooted call sammy and ask them why its happening and see what they say.
