Help Wifi not switching access points

My S3 does not seem like it is able to switch access points in a multi access point environment. At work we have a wifi system through out the building and it seems like it can't transfer to the next nearest access point. My phone needs to drop the access point and enable 4G and then it will pick up the next nearest point and connect again. It takes about 15 seconds to all take place. People with iPhones don't have those issue. Anyone know of an app or fix for this?

Did you ever get a resolution to this? It is annoying as hell if I am in the middle of watching a video or playing a game and it disconnects and reconnects. I have no problems with my ipad or laptop just the s3.
