Stupid question, but you don't have airplane mode turned on, do you? That would turn voice, text qnd wifi (and Bluetooth) off.
Other than that, I'd guess at a massive motherboard failure. (That's something that would be covered by the warranty - unless you damaged the phone or got it wet.)
