WiFi notification kinda fixed?

I have the Verizon version of the S3 and after the most recent update I noticed that if I long press the ongoing WiFi notification I get App Info with the option to force close. Then check your notifications and the ongoing WiFi notification is gone. This has to be done every time you restart your phone.

Is this "fix" something new?

Its new since Jellybean mate. Its handy if you use free apps that push ads to your notification panel, just long-tap the notification and it takes you to the app causing it
P.s, try looking below "force stop", most apps have a "show notification" check-box
If you can uncheck that, rebooting shouldnt reset it
