Help wifi open, no internet access

hai

I have a Lenovo A7000a, there was a open wifi near by my office and I was using this one for a long time.
But suddenly the net work aces went down and cannot brows with the wifi is still connected in my phone.
Can someone solve this issue?

rgds.

Could be as simple as someone has pulled a plug out. The router is still on but not plugged into the Internet, your phone connects to the WiFi, but there's no Internet of course. That happens occasionally. Maybe they didn't pay their Internet bill, and it's been cut off or suspended.

Obviously the solution to that is, go knock on the door and tell them.

ha ha ,
good answer, I like that, any way thank you.
no chance for any other technical issues?

Do you know anything about where the open WiFi network is coming from, like a restaurant or bar for customer use, or is it some office or something, or domestic residential.

I don't think it's a network security thing, like they're blocking device MAC addresses, because I don't think they're particularly concerned about network security, it's open to all, no password. You're connecting to it OK, but there's just no internet there, like it has been unplugged.
