wifi problem.. plz help

i'm using this galaxy grand quattro , when i choose wifi for internet.. it connects easily but i can't access internet from the device. i'm using laptop and internet works fine. please help

Is this just happening one WiFi router, or any that you try? If it's just the one, try resetting the router, that can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

i tried wifi only at my home.. when i bought this mobile internet access with wifi was easy for few days bt now
reset didn't wrk

Hi Kash13, I too got the same problem. My Quattro wifi and Internet were working fine for the first 2 days of the purchase. Now It says that it connected to Wifi but no Internet on Mobile. Did you get any resolution? Thanks.
