wifi problem

I am running custom rom everything but not the cam works great but sometimes it just says connecting a moment and then it doesn't connect it just says saved and also my custom rom cm9 please help!

I have CDMA Samsung POP. I face intermittent WiFi problems - while it downloads notifications of new mails, etc., it fails to download the actual mail or sometimes, even if it downloads the mail, it never downloads the attachments, howsoever small size. Please help.
