wifi problem

i can connect wifi at my house but when i come to my mams it says error i type in the correct password and still says error can you tell me why please?

Welcome to Android Forums.

It is probably a product of the router. You would need to ignore/delete her network from your phone, then turn your phone off.
Power off her router, then unplug it. Wait 5 minutes.
Turn on the router, waiting for it to fully boot up.
Turn on your phone and wait for it to fully boot up. Sign into her network.

This should fix the problem.
