wifi problem

Guyz i have some questions plz answer them
1) Should I enable or disable proxy?
2)In GPRS TRANSFER PREFER>Which Should I prefer call or data??
3) There are three options in data connection, in which two are mobile network operators and the third is ,OFF..Which should be my selection for wifi??
4)Where I can find the option of static IP??
And please write some settings which are necessary for using WIFI....

Enable it if you're using a proxy server, disable it if you aren't.

GPRS has nothing to do with wifi.

None, since wifi has nothing to do with mobile operators.

Settings/Wifi. Press the Menu button. Advanced.

And please write some settings which are necessary for using WIFI....

None. Just select the signal from your wifi router and the phone will connect to it.
