Help wifi problems since jelly bean

I have htc one x since jelly bean update my wifi disconnects and causes ipad to disconnect also.
I have bt home hub had no problems prior to this on ics. Anybody any ideas its going for repair again today...

Follow these simple to solve the issue

Goto settings > click on wifi to the far left to get to the wifi screen > press the menu boutton and tap on advanced > uncheck the avoid poor connections > restart the phone.

I was told to forget the bt home hub as a wifi connection. Switch off router and modem then switch back on, not restart or reset... Then enter bt home Hub password anew. This seemed to have lessened the non connection drastically maybe only once daily. I also use juice defender which helps (on android market)
