Help WiFi problems with LG G2. HELP!!

Lurker
I recently got the Verizon Wireless LG G2 about twelve days ago and everything was going great up until last night. My WiFi was a little sketchy because I would go to look at something on my web browser or Facebook and it would not load the websites and it just keep saying "updating" on Facebook with the little circle and arrows. So, I contacted Verizon and they helped me through some troubleshoots like resetting my router (3 times), resetting my phone (3 times), safe mode, factory reset.. Nothing! They told me that since I am in the 14 days, I can simply take it back to Verizon and they will give me a new one on the spot. Well, the closest Verizon store is twenty minutes away and I hate going there because unfortunately, they seem to be rude for some reason, and I would hate to get a new one already. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Also, my father got the same phone on the same day as me and his works perfectly fine with our router/network. Please let me know ASAP!!

Thank you! :)

Evidently your router works, so your phone is bad. Don't worry about the rudeness - if you're within the 14 days they'll replace the phone.

When you have to go back for something in 6 months, you'll probably find a lot of new staff. (Especially if you write a letter - on paper - to the head of Verizon Wireless HR department, naming names and detailing the rudeness. Corporate knows how much it costs to get a customer, and how easy it is to lose one. The salesdroids are stuck there 8 hours a day and most of them don't care.)
