Wifi problems

[Android Question]

I use a d-link wireless router, it is turned on, and can connect to my computer, but it will not connect to the iconica b1, it comes up with avoided-poor internet connection, when the connection is 3 of the 4 bars, but it connected to a sky router with only 2 of the 4 bars, i do not undestand this!!!!

Another router on the same channel causing interference? (Wifi Analytics, free at Play, will show you that.)

Security set to something Android doesn't handle?

There are many reasons for a failed wifi connection, and the error message sometimes has nothing to do with the actual error.
