wifi question

i want to use an android phone as a usb wifi adapter and share the pc internet with an another android phone can i do that? plz explain

If I'm understanding this correctly yes you can but in a different way. You can tether your phone to use its service and connect to PC and you'll have internet but its only as fast as your 3 or 4g speeds idk u might be asking something different

You can do this and you can also create a hot spot where it acts like a wifi access point.

You might need to look into your plan with your Carrier though so you don't incur extra charges.
